Not much fishing to report, but we have some exciting things going on with the Full Pull. We currently have the entire Salon torn out and will be upfitting it in the upcoming weeks. On March 1 the boat is headed to Charleston to start construction on a Mezzanine and get shaft tubes. These improvements will make the boat significantly more comfortable and the fishing day more enjoyable.
We will not be up and running until May 10th but it will be worth it. Please give us a call if you if you would like to book the Full Pull

Met at the boat at 5 am thinking of all of the Sailfish everyone was seeing and catching down south. Decided that we should check the weather one more time before we left. Where did the NE 15 come from? Anyway, we decided to forgo the long run to the south and go meat fishing in the 700’s. Fishing was Ok, but hopefully will get better as it cools off. Ended up with 7 Blackfins, a Blackfin head, 2 Slinger Dolphins, 3 Kings, 1 Wahoo, Several Bonitas and Cudas, and 1 AJ. Also had quite a few more cutoffs.

walked out the door at the house at 4:00 to be greeted by a little more wind than expected. got to the marina, same thing. left the dock knowing they were calling for a little more wind inshore and falling off. when we got to the 950’s on the break it was steady n.e. 15 knots. a little bigger than the forecasted 2-4.fished down to the 980’s with one blackfin then back up 940’s started to get a few bites.ocean laid down a bit after lunch, nice ride home.
ended the day with:
2 blackfins
3 dolphin
1 wahoo
2 kings
couple of cudas
a bonita
not a lot of bait, pretty blue 84.5 degree water, a fair amount of grass between the 930 and the 945. between 160 to 190 ft.
